PARTICIPATION FEE

The ESTC Congress is open to members and non-members*.  The interest group & task force meetings are open to members only.
*Non-members are welcome to attend the ESTC Congress only if the company meets the membership conditions (for further info, please check www.estc.info/join).  *Representatives from national Football Associations and municipalities are welcome to join the Congress at member rate.  

In order to cover the costs, ESTC will be charging a fee for attending Congress.  The fee will cover the meeting participation, coffee breaks, lunch, welcome reception and networking dinner.  

• Participation fee members/national Football Associations/municipalities :  375 €*/475 € (*early bird until February 15)
• Participation fee non-member companies : 950 €
• Participation fee welcome reception only : 75 €
• No discounts for partial attendance (apart from the welcome reception)

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Meeting registration
  Please inform us as soon as possible in case you wish to cancel your registration, to avoid unnecessary costs. If cancelled before March 15, the participation fee will be refunded.  In case of cancellation after March 15 or in case of no-show, the participation fee will be charged.  No refunds after March 15.  
   
• Hotel registration
