We have blocked a number of rooms at the Hotel Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport until September 30. After this date, the rate and availability can no longer be guaranteed; therefore we strongly recommend early booking. Please note that you can cancel your reservation, without additional fees, up to 72 hours before the event date.
In case you wish to book a hotel room for double use, please proceed with the reservation for one person and add in the comment that the room will be for double use, the supplement for the second person will be payable upon check-in at the hotel.

- Car Parking Available - please mark when registering if you need a parking space.
- The hotel's parking welcomes up to 170 cars and 10 electric car parking spaces (with chargers + fee). Parking is at a charge of 25€ per day. No underground parking.

SHUTTLE BUS
The hotel offers a shuttle bus from/to the Brussels International Airport.
The shuttle bus is running from 6AM until 11PM everyday, it takes 7 minutes to go to the Airport and it's every 30 min.

LOW EMISSION ZONE (LEZ) BRUSSELS
The Brussels-Capital Region is a Low Emission Zone (LEZ).
The regulation concerns cars, vans and (mini)buses and coaches, whether registered in Belgium or abroad. From 2025, the LEZ will also apply to trucks, mopeds and motorbikes. Check if your vehicle is affected here.
HOW TO GET THERE
By car- Once on the A201 direction Zaventem Airport take the exit ‘Zaventem-Centrum / Da Vinci’. At the roundabout, take the third exit following
direction ‘Da Vinci’. Take the first exit left and follow the road through the tunnel. Straight ahead at the next roundabout and the hotel is located on
the left.
From The Netherlands/Antwerpen
Follow E19 to Brussels Ringroad. Once on the Ringroad follow Zaventem Airport. (Approximately 2 km)
From France / Paris
Follow E19 in the direction of the Brussels Ringroad (East). Once on the Ringroad follow Zaventem Airport. (Approximately 10 km)
