The ESTC Technical Day will be organised at : 

Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport -  Da Vincilaan 4, 1831 Brussel

The evening networking event on December 1 will be held at the same location as above.

The ESTC Technical Day is organised for members of ESTC exclusively.

Participation fees  

In order to cover the costs, ESTC will be charging a fee for attending the meetings and networking event.  

Meeting + networking event : 375 €* (300 €* early bird) 

Meeting only : 295 €* (225 €* early bird)

Early bird rates are valid until October 10.

*Prices are ex-VAT : 21% VAT to be added

Registration & Cancellation policy 

Registration to the event is open until November 28. Participation in the event can be cancelled free of charge until November 15. No refunds after November 15.
