The Technical Day will be organised at : 

Hilton Brussels Grand Place hotel - Carrefour de l'Europe 3 - 1000 Brussels 

The evening networking event on October 10 will be held at :

Brewdog - Putterij 20 - 1000 Brussels 

Brewdog is located opposite of the Hilton hotel.

The ESTC Technical Day is organised for members of ESTC exclusively. 

Participation fees  

In order to cover the costs, ESTC will be charging a fee for attending the meetings and networking event.  

Meeting + networking event : 250 €* 

Meeting + networking event : 200 €* (early-bird until September 8)

Meeting only : 200 €*

Meeting only : 150 €* (early-bird until September 8)

*Prices are ex-VAT : 21% VAT to be added 

Registration & Cancellation policy 

Registration to the event is open until October 3.  Participation in the event can be cancelled free of charged until October 3.  No refunds after October 3.
