PARTICIPATION FEE

The ESTC Regional event is open to members and non-members.  

In order to cover the costs, ESTC will be charging a fee for attending this event.  The participation fee will include the conference attendance, coffee breaks and lunch.  The networking dinner will be charged separately.  

PARTICIPATION FEE - ESTC MEMBERS

• Event fee: 195 € (early-bird fee : 145 € if registered before December 28)
• Dinner: 95 €

PARTICIPATION FEE - NON-MEMBERS

• Event fee: 295 € (early-bird fee : 245 € if registered before December 28)
• Dinner: 145 €

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Meeting registration
  Please inform us as soon as possible in case you wish to cancel your registration, to avoid unnecessary costs. If cancelled before January 20, the participation fee will be refunded.  In case of cancellation after January 20 or in case of no-show, the participation fee will be charged.  No refunds after January 20.  
   
• Hotel registration
