PARTICIPATION FEES
The ESTC Congress is open to members and non-members*.
*Non-members are welcome to attend the ESTC Congress only if the company meets the membership conditions (for further info, please check www.estc.info/join).
*Representatives from National Sports Associations and municipalities are welcome to join the Congress at ESTC member rate.
In order to cover the costs, ESTC will be charging a fee for attending Congress. The fee will cover the meeting participation, coffee breaks, lunch, welcome reception and networking dinner.
- Participation fee members/National Sports Associations/municipalities : 595 € - early bird 495 € (until January 31, 2025)
- Participation fee non-member companies : 1295€ - early bird 1195 € (until January 31, 2025)
- No discounts for partial attendance.

Deadline for Meeting registration - March 27, 2025
Please complete your online meeting registration by March 27 at the latest.
Deadline hotel registration - March 1, 2025
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Meeting registration
Please inform us as soon as possible in case you wish to cancel your registration, to avoid unnecessary costs. If cancelled before March 23, the participation fee will be refunded. In case of cancellation after March 23 or in case of no-show, the participation fee will be charged. No refunds after March 23.
- Hotel registration
For the hotel's cancellation policy, please check the details via the hotel booking link (see tab 'hotel info').
EVENING NETWORKING EVENT - April 2
ESTC is offering a short city tour by bus around the highlights of Berlin followed by a networking dinner at a traditional German restaurant 'Erdinger am Gendarmenmarkt'.
